Track fees, cancellation policy, upgrade options

It's no secret that COTA and Daytona charge the highest track rental fees. Ever. Hence:

• The 2-day driver registration fee for COTA events will be $1099.
• For novice drivers (who's a novice? See other post!), an additional instructor fee is applicable: +$150
• Add a car-sharing co-driver: +$249 2nd driver fee. (note: Co-drivers must have similar experience, and will be assigned to the same run-group. IOW, an advanced driver and a novice driver cannot be co-drivers)
• Instructors receive an $900 discount: $199 2-day fee.
• Garages: All available garages have been reserved, and a waiting list has been started. You can send an email to get on the garage stand-by list now. If/when garages later become available, we'll assign reservations by chronological order of email request.

STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancel 45+ days in advance: receive 100% track fee credit on your user account to be applied to future registration.
• Cancel 20 to 45 days in advance, a $200 cancellation fee is applicable. The balance of fees will be credited on your user account to be applied to future registration.
• Cancel less than 20 days in advance, or NO-SHOW, fees are forfeited. NO REFUND or CREDIT.
• To receive a refund in lieu of account credit described above, a $50 handling fee is applicable.

EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT MADE FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE. Prepare your car carefully.
