Chin Track Days shares your frustration with this unforeseen disruption. Your pre-paid fees may be applied as a direct credit at full value toward any other event on our schedule. Please give your attention to the following valuable info describing options:
Today, Chin Track Days announces a new date at Atlanta Motorsports Park: Sunday, May 23rd, 1-day only. We originally scheduled the Rd Atl/Barber MSP 2-track combo trip on that weekend. We have acquired a late-breaking date at AMP in an effort to still offer 2 tracks back-to-back. AMP fees will be lower than Rd Atl. Drivers selecting that event will retain account credit for the difference in track fees.
NOVICE drivers: If you are a registered novice for the cancelled May 22-23 Rd Atl date, you now get priority to immediately transfer your entry to the new AMP date: May 23, or to our next Road Atlanta date: June 26-27. Registered novice drivers who are unable to take either of the immediate options may request to transfer your entry to any future Road Atlanta date, and you'll be pre-registered in advance of future opening dates. Reply to this message to notify us of your choice. Chin Track Days will transfer your existing entry internally: you are exempt from doing direct registration on our website. You must notify us by Monday, 5/3 to take advantage of the AMP date. For June 26-27 at Road Atlanta, you must notify us by Friday, May 7th. After those dates, novice registration for those events will be offered for general registration. If none of the five downstream Rd Atlanta dates we offer fit your calendar, you may also take a 100% credit on account that may be applied to any future date, at any venue we offer.
SOLO drivers: You may request to transfer your entry to any date on our schedule that is currently open for registration at any track that you are already solo qualified for. You may also request a direct transfer to any downstream Rd Atlanta date. Chin Track Days will transfer your existing entry internally: you are exempt from doing direct registration on our website. You'll be pre-registered in advance of future opening dates.
INSTRUCTORS: Please revisit our website to register for the future date of your choice. We urge you to consider AMP, Sunday, May 23rd.
This unexpected cancellation at Road Atlanta is classified as a Force Majeure occurrence. Chin Track Days' Force Majeure policyis applicable.
