    Beat the waiting list!

Insider tips on beating the waiting list! Thanks to enthusiasts like you, Chin Track Days events have become widely popular, because of our emphasis is on lower enrollment, fewer run groups and more track time. However, enrollment for the novice category is very limited, due to our 1:1 instructor/student ratio. Novice enrollment sells-out for every event. So, if you're nonchalant about registering, you'll be left on the sidelines. How can an entry-level driver get one of the limited openings? Here are some tips:
    • Future registration will open at least 8 weeks in advance of an event. Don't wait 'till 4 weeks out, you'll be disappointed.
    • Posted future opening dates are displayed on the master calendar page, https://chintrackdays.com/schedule.aspx
    • Opening dates are announced weekly on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ChinTrackDays/
    • Our email newsletter, Track Times, displays future registration. If you're not receiving Track Times in your inbox, you can click on it right on our homepage: https://chintrackdays.com/mark/tracktimes.htm . Current Chin members are automatically on the mailing list. There is no charge to join our email list.
    • if you are a Google Calendar user, our opening dates are posted on Google Calendar, https://chintrackdays.com/google-calendar.aspx. You can schedule your notifications to alert you on registration opening days.
So, getting an entry is not a random chance: a driver that pays attention to the future calendar and makes plans in advance will be successful. You want to be logged-in on your member account and online, ready to click as soon as the event launches on a Monday night at 9pm.

If you do not yet have a member account on our website, we recommend completing membership enrollment in advance of opening day. "Join Chin" on the homepage of our website. This will ensure that you have already have a valid user account. Then, you'll be able to complete registration promptly when it opens.

Once registration opens for an event, it is first-come, first-served, and it is web-based. Entries cannot be reserved ahead of the opening date; and we do not take event registration over the phone.

Our limited enrollment ensures a high-quality track experience, but also creates rapid sell-outs, so be prepared to act promptly when registration commences. It is the user's responsibility to be proactive and timely to successfully register. Once we reach the capacity, a waiting list is started. We usually add several drivers from the waiting list later on, so don't hesitate to send your request.

I'm on the waiting list. How does it work?

The Chin Track Days format always has an enrollment limit for all run groups. Our advanced driver coaching is modeled on 1:1 student/instructor ratio. So, the novice group, for entry-level drivers, always has the lowest enrollment, and always sells-out at every event. Once a run-group limit is reached, we start an active waiting list. We compile waiting list requests chronologically on email. When new openings become available, we offer the next opening to the driver at the top of the email queue. Thus, the only way a driver can get on the waiting list for a new opening is to send an email. Do not waste time with phone calls, text messages, or social media posting: none of that is valid for waiting list. Our waiting list WORKS: annually, hundreds of drivers get into events from the waiting list. Every event that sells-out will have drivers added later. Do not hesitate to send your request. No fees, no obligation, no membership necessary. Just send us an email, and we'll contact you promptly as soon as a new opening is available.
