Force Majeure:
If a scheduled event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure occurrence, Chin Track Days guarantees that your pre-paid fees retained on account will be applicable at full value, with no restrictions or expiration date, for any future Chin Track Days event. A Force Majeure occurrence is defined as any condition which renders the venue unusable during the scheduled time of the event, and is outside the control of Chin Track Days. This may include, but is not limited to, natural disaster, fire, or other property disruption requiring closure of the venue; and/or closure of the venue due to orders of civil authorities or public health emergency. Refund of pre-paid fees due to Force Majeure cancellation will be subject to a handling fee of 35%.
